Formula One (F1) Quiz @ Accurate

Formula One (F1) Quiz @ Accurate Accurate Institute of Management and Technology organized Formula 1 Quiz Competition Greater Noida, 22, Oct 2011: Accurate Institute of Management and Technology, Greater Noida, a premier anagement institute in Knowledge Park 3, Greater Noida organized F1(Formula 1) quiz competition at the college seminar hall. The Chief Guest of the function was Mr. Chetan sharma, Former Indian Cricketer. There were three rounds in the quiz. First round being reliminary round, second was semi final round and third was final round. In total 15 teams entered semifinal round. All the questions of the quiz were related to sports. The team of Bhaskar and Chandan got first position whereas the team of Shantanu and Waseem stood at second position and lastly the team of Shreeshendu and Shayantanu got third position. Around 30 students of 15 teams each who entered semifinal round were given F1 tickets by Mr. Chetan Sharma. The students also got a chance to interact with Mr. Chetan Sharma who shared his vast experience in the field of Sports. Ms. Poonam Sharma, Group Director, Accurate Institute of Management and Technology congratulated the winners and said “College regularly conduct these kind of activities for the students so that they may get exposure of the outer world. She said we are very happy that our students will get an opportunity to be a part of the world reknowned Formula 1 race at Greater Noida. Ganesh Visarjan In Accurate Institute Of Management & Technology

Accurate Institute celebrated “Ganpati Visarjan” joyfully in Knowledge Park-3, Greater Noida. “Ganpati Bappa …” there were so many voices to call Ganpati next Year. There was an environment of joy and happiness in the institute at this occasion. Everybody was wishing for happiness. Institute organized “Havan” at this auspicious occasion. All the faculty, staff and students participated in the “Pooja”. All of them were blessed by the Group Director of the Institute Ms. Poonam Sharma .

Everybody prayed for the progress and best future of the institute. In the last the supreme God “Ganpati” was given a sweet farewell. All the members of the institute danced and sang songs for Ganesha.

Accurate Institute of Management & Technology celebrated Annual Fest Utkrishti 2011

New Delhi August 31, 2011: Accurate Institute of Management & Technology, Greater Noida, celebrated its Annual Fest Utkrishti 2011 at the premises of AIMT. The Programme was graced by Laughter Champion Mr. Sunil Pal & Semi-finalist of Laughter Challenge Mr. Shambhu Shekhar. The event saw students showcasing their creativity in other fields by participating in the cultural program, solo dancing, band performance & fashion show etc. Marvellous performance of Hindi & English songs by Rudraksha Band have made the audience to dance. Fashion show was the main attraction of the entire program. It was divided into three main rounds as Introduction Round, Talent Round & Ramp Walk. The Jury have selected Mr. Accurate & Miss Accurate on the basis of three key rounds of the superb Fashion Show.

During the program Laughter Champion Mr. Sunil Pal & Semi Finalist of the show Laughter Challenge, have made teachers & students to be grinned with their excellence performance. Sunil Pal delivered a lot of jokes with his well known style and on the other side, Shambhu Shekhar entertained them with making the mimicry of many film stars. At the end of the program, Jury disclosed the name of the winners. Mr. Gaurav has been titled as Mr. Accurate 2011 & Ms. Neha as Miss Accurate 2011.

On this occasion Miss Poonam Sharma, Group Director Accurate Institute of Management & Technology, Greater Noida said we are carrying forward the tradition of organizing the event called "Utkrishti" this year it is "Utkrishti 2011". Its all a student show put together by students and the AIMT, Greater Noida team. Here the students and all the staff members have put in a lot of hard work to organize the entire event. They have spent days and nights to make this event successful. These kind of events gives students a chance to showcase their skills to the big players of the this industry. And the cultural programme provided them the much needed fun and entertainment. We at Accurate has always worked in the best interests of students. We provide them best of the infrastructure, facilities and trainers to make them industry ready so that they can tackle the today's cut throat competition.

Work Shop On Marketing- Strategic Marketing Communication & Selling Skills

Accurate Institute of Management & Technology, Greater Noida organized workshop in the field of Marketing and Finance for its students and faculty on 14th October 2011. Speakers were invited from corporate world who shared their views and experience with the audience. Mr. Vijay Raghwan Director- Metlife, shared his views on “Strategic Marketing Communication and Brand Activation”. He praised the quality of students in Accurate Institute and gave them best wishes for the future. Mr. Sachin Makkad – Zonal Business Head (Sales)- Bharti Airtel Ltd discussed his experience on the topic “Selling Skills and Practices”. He discusses the contributions of best marketing people and taught some of the best quality of them.

Industrial Visit

Industrial Visits were organized for the PGDM students, 2011 – 13 Batch on 17th September 2011, where students visited following companies – 1. Bisleri Limted, Sahibabad. 2. Halonix Limited, Noida 3. Moser Bear, Greater Noida 4. Dixon Technology, Noida The Industry visit began by the presentations given by respective company’s representative who gave the students, an insight about the company’s Mission, Vision, products and various other things which increased the understanding level of students about the company. During visit students were exposed to the production department of companies and told about the Production, Planning & Control Procedures, Export Prospects, Export Documentation and Logistics Procedures. The company personal’s were quite impressed with the learning attitude of Accurate’s students and have ensured the CCR team to co-operate in various Industry-Academia engagement activities. Institute is planning many other Industrial visits for PGDM students in near future to increase their practical knowledge about production units.
